2. Purpose and Scope

These conditions govern the online sale of bags, accessories, and leather goods through the website www.milleemmi.it.
Purchasing products implies full acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
Any changes will take effect from the moment of their publication on the website and will only apply to subsequent orders.

3. Product Information

All products for sale are described and represented as accurately as possible.
Since these are handcrafted items or made with natural materials, there may be slight differences in color or texture compared to the published images.
Such differences do not constitute defects or non-conformity of the product.

4. Prices and Invoicing

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include Italian VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.
Upon request, customers can receive an electronic invoice issued to the details provided at the time of order.

5. Orders and Contract Conclusion

The order is considered complete upon receipt of the order confirmation email from Milleemmi.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of:

• product unavailability;
• incomplete or false data;
• suspected fraud or improper use of payment cards.

The contract is considered concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.

6. Payments

Accepted payment methods are:

• Stripe (and related payment network)
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);
• PayPal;
• Bank transfer in advance;

Payment is due at the time of order.
If payment is not confirmed, the order will not be processed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are made to Italy and the European Union through reliable express couriers.
Average delivery times: 2-5 business days in Italy, 5-10 days in the EU.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order is shipped.
Milleemmi is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
In case of damaged packages, customers must accept with reservation and report the issue within 48 hours to shop@milleemmi.it.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication to: shop@milleemmi.it

Customers must return products intact, unused, and with original packaging within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund (excluding initial shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned, such as items made or engraved specifically for the customer.

9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In case of defective or damaged products, Milleemmi will – at its discretion – replace or provide a full refund, after verifying the defect.
The issue must be reported within 2 days of receiving the package, including photos of the damage or defect.

10. Liability

Milleemmi will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of purchased products.
In any case, the seller’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing complies with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Collected data is used exclusively for order management, shipping, and tax compliance.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, texts, logos, trademarks, design) is the exclusive property of Milleemmi or their respective owners.
Total or partial reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law.
For any dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of the contract, the Court of Vicenza shall have jurisdiction,
except for mandatory consumer protection provisions (court of the customer’s place of residence).

14. Modifications and Updates

Milleemmi reserves the right to modify these terms of sale at any time.
Changes will only be valid for orders placed after the publication of the new version on the website.
