Product Information<\/h2><p>All products for sale are described and represented as accurately as possible.<br>Since these are handcrafted items or made with natural materials, there may be <strong>slight differences in color or texture<\/strong> compared to the published images.<br>Such differences do not constitute defects or non-conformity of the product.<\/p><h2>4. Prices and Invoicing<\/h2><p>All prices are shown in <strong>Euro (\u20ac)<\/strong> and <strong>include Italian VAT<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated.<br>Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.<br>Upon request, customers can receive an <strong>electronic invoice<\/strong> issued to the details provided at the time of order.<\/p><h2>5. Orders and Contract Conclusion<\/h2><p>The order is considered complete upon receipt of the order confirmation email from Milleemmi.<br>The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of:<\/p><ul><li>product unavailability;<\/li><li>incomplete or false data;<\/li><li>suspected fraud or improper use of payment cards.<\/li><\/ul><p>The contract is considered concluded in Italy and is governed by Italian law.<\/p><h2>6. Payments<\/h2><p>Accepted payment methods are:<\/p><ul><li>Stripe (and related payment network)<\/li><li>Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express);<\/li><li>PayPal;<\/li><li>Bank transfer in advance;<\/li><\/ul><p>Payment is due at the time of order.<br>If payment is not confirmed, the order will not be processed.<\/p><h2>7. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2><p>Shipments are made to <strong>Italy and the European Union<\/strong> through reliable express couriers.<br><strong>Average delivery times:<\/strong> 2-5 business days in Italy, 5-10 days in the EU.<br>Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the order is shipped.<br>Milleemmi is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.<br>In case of damaged packages, customers must <strong>accept with reservation<\/strong> and report the issue within 48 hours to <a href=\"mailto:shop@milleemmi.it\">shop@milleemmi.it<\/a>.<\/p><h2>8. Right of Withdrawal<\/h2><p>Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the  <strong>Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code) <\/strong>, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.<br>To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send a written communication to: <a href=\"mailto:shop@milleemmi.it\">shop@milleemmi.it<\/a><\/p><p>Customers must return products <strong>intact, unused, and with original packaging<\/strong> within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal.<br>Return shipping costs are the customer&#8217;s responsibility.<br>Refund (excluding initial shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.<\/p><p><strong>Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned<\/strong>, such as items made or engraved specifically for the customer.<\/p><h2>9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products<\/h2><p>In case of defective or damaged products, Milleemmi will &#8211; at its discretion &#8211; replace or provide a full refund, after verifying the defect.<br>The issue must be reported within <strong>2 days of receiving<\/strong> the package, including photos of the damage or defect.<\/p><h2>10. Liability<\/h2><p>Milleemmi will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from improper use of purchased products.<br>In any case, the seller&#8217;s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.<\/p><h2>11.
